GENERAL CONDITIONS OF NATURAL GAS SUPPLY
The supply of natural gas to all categories of consumers and buyers of natural gas is carried out on the basis of a contract concluded between the Supplier and the relevant consumer (buyer) for the supply (or supply, purchase and sale) of natural gas in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine, in particular but not exclusively to the Law of Ukraine "On the natural gas market" № 329 of 09.04.2015, Resolution of the NCRECP № 2493 of 30.09.2015 "On approval of the code of the gas transmission system of Ukraine", Resolution of the NCRECP №2494 of 30.09.2015 "On approval of the gas distribution code systems of Ukraine ”, Resolution of the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition № 2496 of 30.09.2015“ On approval of the Rules of natural gas supply ”, other normative legal acts of Ukraine regulating relations and activities of natural gas market entities subject to mandatory fulfillment of the following conditions, and exactly:
1. The supply of natural gas is provided that the consumer (buyer) of natural gas, the object of which is connected to the gas distribution system, has a valid (current) natural gas distribution agreement concluded in the manner prescribed by law between the consumer (buyer) and the GDN Operator, and such consumer (buyer) is assigned a personal UIS code by the GDN Operator as a subject of the natural gas market.
2. The supply of natural gas is carried out provided that the consumer (buyer) of natural gas, the object of which is connected to the gas transmission system, has a valid (valid) natural gas transportation contract concluded in the prescribed manner between the consumer (buyer) and the GTS Operator, and conditions for assigning a personal UIS code to such a consumer by the GTS Operator as a natural gas market entity.
3. The procedure for assigning an EIS code to an economic entity (buyer, consumer) as a natural gas market entity is set out in paragraph 4 of Section VI of the Resolution of the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition №2494 of 30.09.2015 "On approval of the code of gas distribution systems of Ukraine".
4. Provided that the relevant consumer (buyer) has a confirmed amount of natural gas for the relevant billing period to meet its needs.
5. The relevant consumer (buyer) has no overdue debt to the current supplier (provided it is available) for natural gas supplied to him by such supplier. The fact of absence of the specified debt is confirmed by the written certificate of the operating supplier or the act of reconciliation of mutual settlements which is made and signed with such supplier.
6. Provision by the consumer (buyer) to the Supplier of a copy of the documents required for the conclusion of the natural gas supply contract, the list of which is given in paragraph 4 of section II of the Resolution of the National Commission for Gas Supply No. 2496 of 30.09.2015 “On approval of the Natural Gas Supply Rules
