Any disputes arising between the Supplier and the Consumer (Buyer) in the course of performance of the concluded contracts and other disputable questions are resolved in a fast, transparent and fair way by means of negotiations, consultations and in pre-judicial settlement. The Supplier considers appeals / letters of Consumers (Buyers) of natural gas received by official letter and / or official e-mail address and within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant letter / request, by sending an official written and / or e-mail to the Consumer (Buyer) ) on the results of consideration of his letter / appeal.
If no agreement is reached between the Supplier and the Consumer (Buyer) on resolving the dispute based on the results of negotiations, the Parties have the right to apply to the Regulator or its territorial division and / or refer the dispute to the commercial courts of Ukraine.
Dispute settlement by the Regulator or its territorial subdivision is carried out in accordance with the procedure approved by the Regulator ( download ).
