PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING A NATURAL GAS SUPPLIER

According to Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market”, every consumer is guaranteed the right to freely choose a natural gas supplier and every consumer has the right to change the natural gas supplier.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market” the change of supplier at the initiative of the consumer must be completed within three weeks from the date of notification by such consumer of the intention to change the supplier, subject to compliance with the rules of change of supplier. final settlement with the previous supplier.

If your supplier is our Company and you intend to change the supplier of natural gas, please send your message to the official address of KAPITLA-ALLIANCE LLC ​ office@c-alliance.com  or send a written letter to our postal address, after which you will be contacted by our responsible employee to discuss the timing of the final settlements for the consumed natural gas and the preparation of other necessary documents.

We draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with the provisions of current legislation of Ukraine, a change of natural gas supplier is allowed after making final payments with the current natural gas supplier for natural gas supplied by him in the previous and / or current period.  

At the same time, we would like to inform you that according to Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market” the existence of a dispute between an existing supplier and a consumer who has stated his intention to change supplier is not a reason to delay the supply contract with a new supplier.

The basis for the supply of natural gas to the consumer is: 

·     the consumer, whose object is connected to the gas distribution system, has a natural gas distribution agreement concluded in the prescribed manner between the consumer and the GDN Operator, and assigning a personal EIS code to the consumer by the GDN Operator as a natural gas market entity; 

·     the absence of overdue debt of the consumer for the supplied natural gas to the existing supplier (if any), which must be confirmed by a written certificate of the existing supplier or an act of reconciliation of settlements; 

·     the consumer has a contract for the supply of natural gas concluded with a new supplier and compliance with its terms; 

·     inclusion of the consumer in the Register of consumers of the new supplier in the corresponding settlement period; 

·     To conclude a contract for the supply of natural gas, the consumer must provide the supplier with the following documents: 

-     a statement on the conclusion of the contract, in which to indicate your personal UIS-code and the expected volumes (volumes) of natural gas consumption for the period of the contract; 

-     a duly certified copy of the document which determines the right of ownership or use of the consumer's object; 

-     copies of documents for the right to enter into an agreement, certifying the status of a legal entity or natural person - entrepreneur and the person authorized to sign the agreement, and a copy of the document on registration with the supervisory authorities; 

-     certificate (act of reconciliation of calculations) on the absence of overdue debts of the consumer to the current supplier for the supplied natural gas, signed by the current supplier (if any).
